  • Dough is good, cooked to the point between fully cooked and undercooked
  • Dough would be good for garlic bread
  • Cheese is good
  • Sauce doesn’t have a taste
  • Sprinkle fresh Parmesan
  • Pizza can get “doughy” after a couple slices (ie: too much dough not even flavor from sauce and cheese. Dough definitely overpowers the flavor)
  • Basil is ok

The Venice Whaler (Venice Beach)

  • Dough is a bit chewy, but I like it
  • Cheese is solid blend
  • Not too hot
  • Sauce is straight tomatoes. It’s good but could use some spice to match better with the dough
  • Too much sauce. Ran a bit.
